A Spring School on Global Climate Change Impacts Assessment and Water Resources will be organized during May 15-22 in Beijing. It is funded by my university (Beijing Forestry University) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as one key events of the Panta Rhei working group "Water Scarcity Assessment". The School is organized by prof. Junguo Liu, Beijing Forestry University, Beijing, China and Director-general of the Society for Ecological Restoration in Beijing, China.
