A new working group has been approved into Panta Rhei, titled: "Water scarcity assessment: methodology and application". The working group is chaired by Prof. Junguo Liu, School of Nature Conservation, Beijing Forestry University, Beijing, 10083, China. The programme of the working group can be downloaded here.
