The Bologna IAHS 2014 Team, in agreement with the International Association of Hydrological Sciences, is pleased to inform that a limited number of Conference Attendance Awards are available for young scientists with limited funding means. Candidates for the Award must be under 41 years of age at January 1st, 2014 and should preferably live in developing regions. The Conference Attendance Award will cover the registration fee for the conference and three nights of accommodation in Bologna (single room with breakfast). Living expenses in Bologna will not be supported and neither travel expenses. The actual number of awards that may be delivered will be communicated later and depends on pending requests for sponsorships.
To apply for the conference attendance award, participants should submit their contribution (abstract plus full paper) by the given deadlines (October 1st, 2013 for the abstract and November 1st, 2013 for the paper). Only applicants who submit a full paper can be considered for funding. Applicants are requested to specify in the body of the email (instructions to submit are given here):
